Dropping your hands is key to keeping up with Palmer, but make sure you cover up when you get near to him. Push him towards the ropes by cutting him off, and then aim for the part of his body that isn't covered. He will naturally cover up his torso if you hit it, leaving his head exposed.
When the final 30 seconds hit, let him get aggressive while you pick him off with solid counter punches. He's an easy fighter to get the better of when he starts throwing punches, making him an extremely weak opponent. Here you have to knock Walker down twice and win by KO, with only four rounds to do it.
Bishop, once again, is a much better fighter than his opposite. While Walker isn't afraid to get dirty, there's not much to his game that will cause trouble. Make sure you keep your guard up and throw regular, hard punches. You've only got 4 rounds to turn his lights off, but one well-timed punch can do it in an instant. This is completely opposite to the Walker fight, as Rosario is the underdog here. He's ready for his opportunity too.
Rosario will get as close to Bishop as possible and try to not let him rest, but fortunately for you, he doesn't have the skill to match his ambition. While Rosario will scrap and niggle away, not giving you time to settle, major damage can be inflicted by alternating between hitting his head and body.. You'll know when you've got him hurt because he'll back off.
Like a shark smelling blood, go in for the kill and knock him out. Prior to this fight, both Gus and Megan announce that Hayes has a "mean left hook. It only takes one shot with this punch and Andre will be on the floor. Hayes' strength is actually his weakness though.
He tries to throw big punches on a regular basis, and this leaves him open to counter punching. Wait for Hayes to miss and hit him with powerful shots when the camera enters its brief state of slow-motion. Try not to go toe to toe with him, as it's more likely he'll manage to get a left hook across your chops. As the fight rolls on, Hayes becomes less threatening. Andre's speed is key in this fight, as taking advantage of any small opening will see Hayes on the floor. This fight signals a major transition in the story.
After the first round is over, you'll realise that some corrupt judges are watching over the match. You need to knock Alvarez out, but there's no need to panic. Alvarez is a tough cookie, and he takes a beating before he'll hit the canvas. It is possible to stun him early on though, and in the odd case, end the fight early. For most players it will take at least until Round 5 for Alvarez to become visibly weak.
More so than ever before, it's vital to throw alternate punches towards the gut and head. Alvarez is quick to cover and counter, so getting the best of him takes precision. He doesn't possess knockout power that you should be weary of, but his ability to stop your momentum is one of the toughest factors of the fight.
Expect this one to last longer than any of the previous fights, as progress is harder work than before. As Andre shifts towards a heavyweight fighter, the first fight is back in the clink. This is a remarkably simple, no holds barred battle against a thug who possesses little boxing skill. He'll throw wildly, so methodically dissect him by aiming for the head. Although the thug is tough, and will get back up from a knockdown or two, he doesn't have the ability of the fighters Andre has already demolished.
Enjoy this one, as it gets tougher from here. This is designed to test how well you can keep Andre's energy running. The first thug is insanely tough, so expect him to get up from at least three knockdowns. While he doesn't posses much boxing skill, be wary of his power. Just like with the other jail goons, counter effectively, and expect him to try win by any means. Although his headbutt is slow, they will take off a considerable amount of health if they connect.
